I had a nice stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms that allowed plenty of natural light, but the cooling system could have been better. The service was exceptional, friendly, and attentive, truly going above and beyond to make our special event unforgettable. The location was convenient and near everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. The dining options were varied, although not consistent every day. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor areas for improvement.

I was delighted with the stunning winter morning views of the river from my room and the convenience of being close to the 2nd floor laundry. However, I found it puzzling to have an extra charge of $30 on my credit card on top of the already high room rate.
